GoDaddy “leaks” their first SuperBowl Ad.
In a post on the commercial, AdWeek says:
Go Daddy had an awful time around the holidays, with its support for SOPA angering its customers worldwide—and eventually prompting an about-face by the domain company. Now, as if nothing happened, Go Daddy has “leaked” (it’s unlisted on YouTube!) the first of two commercials it will air on the Super Bowl—and it’s the usual faux-sexy garbage the brand has been trotting out for years. This time, spokeswomen Danica Patrick and Jillian Michaels are seen painting a naked model’s body with messages about the company’s .co domain names. The only thing more wretched, presumably, will be the oh-so-scandalous Internet-only version—which the company apparently thinks can still lure bored young men to its site, despite the disappointment that inevitably awaits them there. A second Go Daddy spot on the big game will star Patrick and the Pussycat Dolls.
